We primarily ship to all contiguous United States states, Alaska, and Hawaii. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). Order processing includes verification, quality checks, and packaging. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time, and orders will not be shipped or delivered on non-business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Time

We utilize reliable US domestic carriers including USPS and FedEx to ensure secure and fast delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Transit times are estimated and not guaranteed, as delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders meeting the minimum purchase threshold specified at checkout. Additional surcharges may apply for remote US locations or oversized/overweight packages, which will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, a tracking number and delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect customer address information. If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to our support team for assistance within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.

5. Customs & International Shipping

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. We do not cover any international customs charges or return shipping fees for cross-border orders. All international shipments comply with local shipping regulations and Shopify international shipping guidelines.
